Chorley Golf Club is currently inviting applications for all membership categories.

LADIES ACADEMY 2023

Chorley Golf Club wants more ladies to discover what a great game golf is, and to join our club.

The Ladies Academy is for ladies who are new to golf, and starts with eight group lessons delivered by Club PGA ProfessionaL Andrew Palmer at a cost of £80.

Golf clubs and balls will be provided, and ladies can wear trainers for their lessons.

Ladies can then join our 3 month trial membership scheme for £100.

Throughout their Academy experience, ladies will be supported by existing lady members and the Club Professionals to build their knowledge around the game of golf and course etiquette.

Make friends, get fresh air and exercise, and get into golf!

Trial Membership - Special Offer for Ladies

Chorley Golf Club is actively seeking to increase the number of ladies within the club

* Join for a 3 month trial period for only £100

Trial membership entitles you to use the full facilities of the club

The trial is open to ladies of all abilities

Ladies with a current handicap index can play in all weekly competitions but are NOT eligible to take any prize in the 4 major competitions i.e. Captain of Captains' Rose Bowl; Lady Captain’s 36-hole Competition; Centenary Trophy and the President’s Trophy. Also, they are NOT eligible to enter the 3 knock-out competitions i.e. Hooley, Fletcher and the Royal Jubilee 4BBB.

The ladies main competition day is sunday and during the summer months we also have a competition midweek

Ladies will be made most welcome and encouraged to join in the social activities within the ladies section and the club

We hope that ladies who join this scheme will enjoy the experience and join as members after their 3 month trial.

Ladies on the 3 month trial do not have voting rights.
